Purpose of the competition
The competition encourages individuals to complete the Business Pulse Survey.

Who can enter the competition?
Individuals who operate a business in Banyule and complete the online Business Pulse Survey can choose to enter the competition. Employees of Banyule City Council are ineligible to enter the prize draw.

How prizes will be awarded?
The winning entries will be drawn online on Wednesday 6 July 2021 at 10:00 am (AEDT). The winning entries will be selected using a randomly generated raffle draw via by a Banyule City Council staff member.

How prize-winners will be notified?
Prize winners will be notified using the opt-in email provided in the Business Pulse Survey on the day of the draw (Wednesday 6 July 2021). If communication with the selected winner is unsuccessful within seven days, there will be a redraw of the winning prize. Prizes will be sent to winners via post.

Details of the prizes
There are three gift vouchers available to be won. The gift vouchers can be used at a business in Banyule where eftpos is accepted.

Value of prizes
Each prize (Rediscover Local Voucher) is valued at $50

The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Banyule City Council and its prize partners will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize.
