Purpose of the competition
The competition encourages individuals to complete the 2020 Shopping Behaviour Survey.

Who can enter the competition?
Individuals who live in Banyule and complete the online 2020 Shopping Behaviour Survey can choose to enter the competition. Employees of Banyule City Council are ineligible to enter the prize draw.

The minimum age of participants
The 2020 Shopping Behaviour Survey competition is open to individuals 15 years or older.

How prizes will be awarded?
The winning entries will be drawn online on Monday 27 July 2020 at 10:00 am (AEDT). The winning entries will be selected using a randomly generated raffle draw via www.random.org by a Banyule City Council staff member.

How prize-winners will be notified?
Prize winners will be notified using the opt-in email provided in the 2020 Shopping Behaviour Survey on the day of the draw (Monday 27 July 2020). If communication with the selected winner is unsuccessful within seven days, there will be a redraw of the winning prize. Prizes will be sent to winners via a courier service.

Details of the prizes
There are three gift hampers available to be won. Each gift hamper will contain an assortment of items sourced from Banyule small businesses.

Value of prizes
Up to $100 per hamper.

The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Banyule City Council and its prize partners will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize.
