These experiences have an enormous impact on consumer perceptions of your brand – often subconsciously. Building a business that is consistent across all online platforms is not only important for brand-building and reputability – it instills a sense of confidence in both new and existing customers, and makes them more likely to think of you when they’re looking to purchase. Everything from your social media posts and online ads, to your blog and website need to align and be consistent. In this session we will look at some common digital touchpoints and how they may affect a customer’s experience with your brand.
