This week’s “Let’s Talk” looks into methods for the short sharp strategies for designing new products and services. This may also include how you could repackage/redeliver an existing service to a new market segment.

The session will introduce the concept of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and introduce methods for testing whether our customer segments would be willing to purchase our new product or service.
