Place Enhancement Grants: Information Session and Grant Writing Workshop

This workshop is for businesses, landlords and owners corporations interested in applying for a Banyule Council Place Enhancement Grant

Part 1 of the session will be facilitated by Economic Development Officer, Dani Ahimastos and will summarise the guidelines and cover what the grants are about, the type of projects that will be considered and eligibility requirements. Click here to read the Guidelines.

Part 2 of the session will be facilitated by grant expert Debby Maziarz on behalf of Banyule Council. Debby will provide some helpful tips about how to write a successful grant application. Learnings can be applied to other grants available at a State and Federal level.

The aims of the session are to:

  • Provide clarity on who can apply and what type of projects may be supported;
  • Provide practical, useful and transferable information about how to approach grant writing;
  • Encourage you to explore project ideas and clarify point of difference; and
  • Provide practical, useful and transferable information about building budgets for grant applications.
